This week has been a turbulent and sobering week for worldwide
financial markets. At eBoost Consulting
the mood remains optimistic and upbeat as we continue moving forward with our
plans to scale and grow our firm. This
has however been a turbulent couple of months for many of our clients who have
felt the constraints of the current economic climate. When pondering on these recent events I began
thinking of everything I am grateful for during these unprecedented times ….
I’m grateful to work side by side with extraordinary
business leaders.
I’m grateful for our clients trust and faith in our contributions
to their strategy.
I’m grateful for Johnny, his leadership and unwavering
support for our entire team.
I’m grateful for Jen, her ability to be a great sounding
board, and her grounding force on our organization.
I’m grateful for Nick, his relentless passion to succeed,
and his insight into our strategic plans.
I’m grateful for Amber's commitment to excellence.
I’m grateful for Forest's passion for email marketing and his
focus on key client goals.
I’m grateful for Evan's humor and creativity.
I’m grateful for Garret's passion for learning.
I’m grateful for Megan, her commitment to keeping the finances
in order, and her breathing exercises.
I’m grateful for the Interns, their support, desire to
learn, and fresh perspectives.
I’m grateful for how far we have come, the foundation we’ve
built, and the legacy we will eventually leave on this industry.
The economy may be a mess but our future remains
bright. When you work with such a
brilliant group of people you realize that as a team we can overcome any
challenge, obstacle, or barrier that may come our way. I would encourage everyone to turn off the
news, filter out the negative chatter, and be grateful for the positive forces
in your life.

Micha, I love this post, I know it's from the heart. Many think the sky is falling and get caught up in the herd mentality. In times like these, you gotta wade through what's real and what's not. I trust in our ability to do so for our clients and for our business.
